Violazioni CDS - Handbook of road traffic violations is an application that uses an internet connection to quickly and easily access the content of the Egaf Handbook by Dr. Giandomenico Protospataro.
To access the Handbook, you must be a subscriber. The subscription is for a calendar year, from the date of activation to the following December 31st.

OFFLINE CDS VIOLATIONS (emergency)
The "Offline CDS Violations" function has been implemented to allow the drafting of reports even in the absence of a connection, but it is designed to be used only in emergency situations, as it contains limited information that needs to be updated, so its continuous use is limited to a few days.

ADVANTAGES
The main advantages of the app include real-time updating of the Egaf Handbook, email notifications for new information, hypertext navigation between sanction hypotheses and the possibility of directly consulting the articles of the Highway Code via the ITER database.

SEARCHES
Search for the Highway Code: simply enter the number of the article of the Highway Code to find the related sanction hypotheses.
Search for Other regulations: to search for sanctions relating to "other regulations" on road circulation, other than the Highway Code (e.g. law 298/74, DLG 286/2005, DLG 152/2006, etc.).
Alphabetical Search: a list of keywords in alphabetical order followed by one or more sentences that complete the description.
Summary Search: a systematic index of the app to "browse" all the content. It is also a hierarchical consultation of the CDS articles.

CDS SANCTIONS PROCEDURE
Online thematic database: allows the consultation of regulations, administrative practices and jurisprudence cited in the Handbook and also contains in-depth information on the CDS (at least one comment for each article).

OTHER SERVICES (Questions - Egaf TV)
The Egaf subscriber can also count on:

CONTENTS
The handbook, the result of a scrupulous study of the regulations and the author's direct experience, contains all the types of violations of the CDS and other road traffic regulations.
Any hypothesis of violation:
- it is highlighted graphically with article, paragraph, description of the case, pecuniary and accessory sanctions;
- it contains the motivation, with the wording of the infringement, written in such a way that it can be transcribed directly onto the dispute reports;
- it is complete with operational notes, with detailed procedural and practical indications, referring to concrete situations, for precise and immediate orientation in the operational phase.
Directed mainly to those who carry out the activity of ascertaining and preventing infringements on the road, it is also useful to consultancy firms, driving schools, associations in the sector, etc.

CONDITIONS (In summary)
All Egaf products are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws, therefore even partial reproduction is prohibited. To subscribe to the online services, you must have a tablet or smartphone with an internet connection, pay the subscription fee and wait for the access password. The online services require a single-user license and are available 24 hours a day, except for periodic maintenance.
